Everything between
"we should meet" and meeting

Circleup covers the full lifecycle of a professional relationship: making the first meeting effortless, and making the next one inevitable.

Availability sharing

Share your free time — without exposing your calendar

Define windows you are happy to meet in (say, lunches 11:00–13:00 on weekdays, or Thursday afternoons for client coffees) and share them with the people who matter. Invitees see exactly when you are free and tap a slot that works.

Privacy is built in: Circleup shares free/busy windows only. The nature of blocked times — the client name, the doctor appointment, the salary review — never leaves your calendar.

One-tap scheduling

One invite replaces fifteen messages

Choose the time options, pick a place, add a personal message, and send. The other person taps a slot — and the meeting is confirmed. No polls, no doodles, no "actually, can we move it?" threads.

Either side can propose the venue: select it yourself directly in the app, or hand the choice over with one tap. No more ambiguity over who decides.

AI restaurant booking New — live in Switzerland, Germany & Austria

Our AI agent calls the restaurant for you

Pick your favourite spot in the app and Circleup's AI agent telephones the restaurant to secure the reservation on your behalf. No phone calls, no booking forms, no waiting on hold.

Combined with availability sharing and calendar sync, Circleup handles the entire planning flow — from finding a time to confirming the place — in one seamless experience.

Calendar integration

Synced to every calendar, automatically

Circleup synchronises availability from multiple calendars — Google and Microsoft are supported — and you choose exactly which calendar new meet-ups land in. Once a slot is chosen, the event appears in your calendar and your counterpart's at the same moment.

You can even include sub-calendars purely for conflict-checking (public holidays, a partner's schedule), so a suggested slot is never secretly impossible. And you'll never double-book a catch-up over a board meeting.

The feature that keeps relationships alive

Strong networks decay silently: it is nobody's job to notice that you have not seen a key client, a mentor, or an old colleague in four months. Circleup makes it its job.

Set a meeting rhythm per contact — monthly, quarterly, twice a year — and Circleup nudges you when it is time, with a ready-to-send invite one tap away. Your network compounds instead of fading.

Privacy & security

Built privacy-first, in Switzerland

Circleup is designed around data minimisation: free/busy only, no calendar contents shared, no selling of personal data. You control which windows are visible and to whom.

Built in Zurich and engineered to respect Swiss and EU privacy expectations (GDPR/nFADP).

When to use Circleup

Made for meeting in person

Breakfast, lunch, coffee or after-work drinks — Circleup is built for real-world 1:1 catch-ups. Meet-ups blend into your normal calendars, and you pick the time, the place and the message in one app.

What it's not (yet)

No Zoom links, no group polls

Circleup isn't designed for scheduling online meetings, and group meet-ups aren't ready yet — today it's at its best for 1:1s. We'd rather do one thing brilliantly: getting two people to the same table.

Practical questions

Can Circleup change existing calendar entries?

No. Only events created with Circleup are editable via the app — it never modifies meetings made directly in Google or Microsoft calendars.

What if I lose access to a connected calendar?

Disconnect it under “Connected Accounts” in your profile. Already-scheduled Circleup events remain in your Circleup schedule.

My business calendar is blocked from connecting.

That's usually a privacy setting in your company's email setup — your IT department can allow the connection.
