Is Circleup for Business available today?
Not as a separate product yet. Teams can already use the free Circleup app for colleague lunches, client meetings and AI restaurant booking. Business features such as new-hire integration and lunch matching are what we want to build together with our first launch partner.
Can our employees use Circleup right now?
Yes. Circleup is free on iOS and Android. Employees connect their Google or Microsoft Outlook calendar, share the windows they are free and send invites. The people they invite, including external clients, can respond in the browser without the app.
What does a launch partner do?
A launch partner pilots Circleup with a team, tells us where organising lunches and meetings breaks down, and co-designs the business features with our product team in Zurich. You shape the product around your real use cases instead of adapting to a finished one.
Which companies are a good fit?
Companies that care about how well their people are connected, for example with many new hires, several departments or locations, or client-facing teams, and that want to pilot something new with a small group first.
How does Circleup handle privacy?
Only the free/busy windows people choose to share are visible, never calendar contents. App data is hosted in the EU, and Circleup is aligned with GDPR and the Swiss nFADP. For restaurant bookings, only the booker's name and phone number go to the restaurant.
Where does the AI restaurant booking work?
In Switzerland, Germany and Austria, at restaurants marked "Direct booking available" in the app.
